We use modeling programs to create objects in 3D space. We can also make modification to your existing files given the correct format. As well as manage any large assemblies and repair parts that became out of alignment. 

Our inhouse 3D scanner offers great accuracy for your every need. We offer scan, mesh, and clean up to give you an useable file. This file can then be used for reverse engineering or as critical reference for new product development. 

We can perform computer simulations of static forces, heat transfers, and fluid dynamics, to analyze critical area of failure then add topography based solution and achieve best optimization tof the component. 

Regardless of sizes and shapes, we are able to bring CAD objects to physical form under limited materials but representing their correct physical attribute for evaluation. This is the best method to test fit the form and function of designed components, saving precious time and resource in the project timeline. 

Our portable CMM offers great accuracy when it comes to measuring and validating of a component. We can travel to site or validate in house. All proper report and documentation is included and filed per ISO standards. 

We can provide short run or pilot production of small batches to validate the components' function, validate assembly procedures, create documents and records for production purposes. Components made in this stage are considered as mock and is very representative of mass production units. 

We're trained and certified in creating ISO procedures including 9001 and 13485. We will provide all the necessary notes and documentation needed for DHF for FDA audit. In addition we can also create appropriate record and procedures from supplied information on existing product.
